    How can I grow taller naturally??
    I’m 14 and barely 5′1. My dad’s 5′8 and my mom’s a little bit over 5′1. What are some ways/tips for me grow taller naturally?(stretches, excersises, foods to eat, ect.). I will appreciate any answer that is helpful. I was hoping to be at least 5′2 or 5′3 when I grow up.

    Oh and if you want can you predict how tall I will be when i’ve reached my full height?

    ive always been told by like stretching. or like if u have a jungle gym or one of those bars to do chin ups.

    just to kinda hang and swing on it.

    i kno its weird…..lol

    your parents are short, so you may be short for the rest of your life. its not something you can control, its heredity.
    i’m short like my mom and i wish i could grown taller, but i cant. you may grow a couple inches or you may not. dont worry about it, people come in all differnt shapes and sizes

    i think youre just gonna be short. my parents are short too…so i just always expected to be short. there really isnt much you can do about how tall you will be. i think you may grow another inch or two. girls are normally done growing around 16. so you still have a while before you are completely finished. i think youre gonna be around 5′2". just try to get plenty of sleep and eat a health diet. there really is nothing else you can do.
