well don’t know if you will grow but there is a way to make you look taller! Try Pilate’s!!! That is your ultimate answer and stretch a lot!!! morning and night! And if you are caring extra weight it will have to go because looking slimmer makes you look taller!

First of all; why do You feel like You need to get taller?
You’re not supposed to "boost" Your height. If You eat right throughout Your upbringing, and teenage especially, You’ll become as tall as You naturally are supposed to become. Vegetables, meat, milk and eggs are extra important for people who are growing, but they don’t make You grow taller than what nature intended for You.
Good ways to look taller is to look thinner, but be very careful about that! Being too thin is neither healthy nor attractive! Wearing black clothes can make You look thinner. There are many shoes who are supposed to make You taller too.

well if your young then no problem but if you and adult then you got a problem. call 4 friend over and have them strech you every day for 5 mins do this for 2 months then let me know if it work .it work for me. i really got taller

it is very simple in a day u have to play basketball atleast for 1hr or 2hr and drink 3 glasses of milk daily if i am taller today that is because of basketball and milk

Sorry. Your height as well as all other traits, were determined at your birth.
If you are still under 18 or so, you may still grow in height. Not guaranteed.
When I was 13, I grew a foot until I was 14. I think I grew an additional 2 inches after that.
I once knew a young man who went into the service at 18, with height under 6 feet. He was stationed overseas and at 21, wrote his mother that he was 6 ‘5".
This is hell on clothing, as I remember outgrowing shoes etc every couple months.
