A few inches can make a big difference! It can take you out of the “short” category and put you into the normal-tallish category. If you are a model it can mean the difference between getting work and not getting work. Or if you are a basketball player it could mean the difference between getting more play time and becoming a better player.

Let’s look at the ways to grow taller that WON’T work first:

Your bones aren’t going to keep growing after they’ve reached their limit.

This is a common myth that you can continue to “grow your bones” after they’ve reached maturity. You are not going to get taller by growing bones after they’ve reached their max potential.
